Our follow-up visit to the Route 9 corridor confirmed the radio interference is still present and consistent with the original 2021 recordings. What’s new is the cell dropout pattern, which our telecom contact could not explain through any known tower maintenance or outage record for the period in question.
We’ve installed a passive logging device at mile 42 that will record signal strength continuously for the next six months without requiring a field visit to check it.
